You can't find someone funny if their political views differ from yours on one issue?

You realize that there is a gigantic freaking chasm between "mean girl," and "someone who is paid handsomely and both loved and respected because she makes people laugh," right?
"I just don't know how to feel about Joan Rivers. A trailblazer? Sure. But she also made a career over saying heinous jokes about other people, particularly women. Yeah, she made jokes at her own expense and was apparently a very nice person in private, but I don't respect that a whole lot.
Something similar happened to me. I was....frazzled... for a few days later, but I'm in no way offended by this joke. It was a joke. She isn't being intentionally hurtful. Who cares?
Exactly. This is pathetic.
Why not just violence in general? Goddam, they're so obviously just pandering that it sickens me.
I don't know what Blue Ivey is but this apology seems completely unnecessary to me. It was a joke. So what?
Why is Nicki Minaj popular? What about her isn't awful?
People started saying "what the actual fuck," and all of the talented people decided to leave.
I'm a straight dude in my 20's and I absolutely love Taylor Swift. She's a genuine sweetheart. People need to lighten up.
"She's the typical in her 20s White woman. They never seem to think anything they do is racist or above reproach. They're just finding themselves through the darkies."
"Taylor's earnest white girl schtick isn't going to get her out of this one. Especially since Katy Perry was very recently criticized. Unfortunately her fans are almost as rabid and misguided as Justin Beiber's so they'll probably defend her endlessly even when she's wrong."
This is Jezebel. The Pretty White Girl will ALWAYS be in the wrong, unless an Evil White Man did something to her first.
"What is clear is that the girl dead set on being America's Sweetheart picked the wrong week for this sappy, ready-made Target commercial cut where she celebrates her true self by crawling through a bridge of brown and black women's butts. *surprised Taylor Swift face*"
Way to rush to immediate outrage before any actual facts are in! Good on ya!
How do people not love Beiber?
Ugh. Go away.
Laws named after people are always horrific. If this leads to any laws named after Michael Brown, I'm sure it will just be laws that enable police to abuse us further.
Everyone wants to buy happiness. That's why the lady who just bought a car is always eager and attractive. She is in that commercial to appeal to women. It's why the guy in the Viagra commercial is rugged and experienced-looking. He is there to appeal to men. It's why Abercrombie uses good looking people to push…
....ummm... this is nothing new, at all. WTF?
