The very important distinction is that no one cares about the laws/rules in Leviticus. A lot of people care about the laws/rules in the Koran.

Regarding Islam and the violent zealots within it, I always say don't let a few million bad apples spoil the bunch.

One difference is that the New Testament of the Bible doesn't really say any of those things, and an even larger difference is that the amount of death, rape, and oppression going on today, in the year 2014, in the name of Christianity is virtually zero.
