We used Etherpad at my University for document collaboration, but Google bought it out (and immediately shut it down) to use the tech for Wave. We then switched to Wave for a bit, before they killed that off as well. Thank you Google.

I find it interesting that this is a “thing”. I’ve never even considered using regular dish soap for the dishwasher. It’s probably because all our dishwasher soap comes in solid tabs - I’ve never in my life seen liquid dishwasher soap (until I saw this video). I wonder if this is the reason why. :-)

Unfortunately, where I live, in order for people to be eligible for unemployment benefits, they have to send out a minimum number of applications each week. At some point, people are just sending out applications to random positions, just to keep getting their benefit, while waiting for responses from the jobs they’re…
