I’ve owned a few of that era mercedes and I’m not aware of anything crazy on those. Hell, those were probably some of the most reliable cars I’ve driven, the engine in that ML63 is used across the range and is pretty damn bulletproof for a HP engine.

I think it’s transferable in a private party sale, once Tesla “reconditions” the car, that benefit is gone - I *think*.

While the Model 3 is a nice car, I can’t imagine a 70 year old is going to love the center stack controls. When your eyesight deteriorates and your fine motor controls are lessened, that thing will be a nightmare.
