Couple problems with that -First, as mentioned below, reliability issues affect resale value, which affects residuals, which increases the lease payment.

What if the autonomous future isn’t about autonomous cars but instead it’s about taking regular cars and everybody gets a robot driver. You sit in the passenger seat or the back seat to whatever and your robot just sits looking like a suave-ass terminator chauffeur rowing the gears, steering the car and keeping you…
I rented one of those on a vacation to Oahu last year. I’ve had some shitty rental cars in my life, but this one was an abomination to the word “car.” Nothing about it worked as it should, drove terribly and was just generally uncomfortable. The worst part however was that it was infested with fleas somehow.
The “yours to discover” at the bottom just makes it better.
That’s very true. When I say badging, I mean that there are some models which had an actual “range rover” badge, usually in the wheel center caps , but I do believe they had the traditional LR badge too.
Exactly. The fire truck I guess you could argue but when it blocks a sidewalk, that’s illegal and just disrespectful.
Wait - are you telling me there are states where car dealerships are all closed on Sundays? That’s fucking odd.
You’re right they’re much quieter, but airports are still a detriment to home values nearby. It does seem it has subsided some but there is still a 5-10% drop in value for living in that zone.
No, I don’t. But that doesn’t make you right. It just makes their badging dumb.
But it’s not. They are all Land Rovers, the Range Rover and RR sport, etc are all models. It’s confusing because they change the badging, but I think the tell-tale sign is: http://www.landroverusa.com/index.html
Back when I was in college, I was a bellman/valet at a 5 star hotel in Beverly Hills. We had some pretty crazy cars come through (and I got to drive most of them).
Hmm, that’s interesting actually. I’ve had nothing but awful experiences with Rusnak (pasadena). We went there for an Audi and a Porsche and both times I ended up leaving and purchasing elsewhere. I’m one of those guys who is covered in tattoos but actually makes a very good living so they seem to think I shouldn’t…
I don’t really know much about current Fiats so not much to say there but the two closest dealers to me are Fiat of Van Nuys and Santa Monica Fiat.
I can’t speak for the majority but in LA, which is likely their largest market, these are mostly attached to Fiat dealerships, not Maserati.
Yeah this strikes me as odd. LA certainly has awful traffic and we spend a lot of time in our cars but in terms of gridlock, we have it easier than NYC from my experience and MUCH easier than most of India, China, Philippines, etc.
Charmin Ultra Strong is the only TP to use. But I still wad and waste the shit out of it. But I’ve also never stink fingered so it’s working for me.
I think the answer is obvious:
Right. But if one of your neighbors called you on it and asked you to remove the stuff you left outside, would you? I bet you would.
No, he doesn’t. But, if he did, he’d likely still have it. When you’re an asshole to your neighbors, they react. Then mutual escalation gets it to where it is now.
I’m guessing based on his crossbow reply that he probably hasn’t been the ideal neighbor to work with. I bet if he had been nice and had a plan of what to do with the plane and shared that with his neighbors, it would’ve been ok.
