A Left Hand Keypad - first it was the Belkin line of Nostromo:

So: “Entertainment Company Engages in Creative Accounting to Avoid Paying Out.” Never heard that one before. /s

Huh, I’m surprised at my own reaction to this: I don’t care. Has it really been so long that I no longer feel any attachment to this franchise? Apparently so.

And anyone younger than 35 is a Millennial, even if they were born after 2000, because Boomers can’t be bothered to distinguish between the generations they’re insulting.

Yeah, but your ability and willingness to wait is immaterial - developers march to publisher’s timelines, and no one else’s.

This will probably get buried, but the challenge attached to the Chests had an active timer down to the hour when the chests would be removed.

So... you can’t even buy a box copy?

Sandy Petersen once defined a game to me as “A series of interesting choices.” If there are no choices, the choices presented are uninteresting (obviously unbalanced, not impactful, etc), or the choice is fake, that portion of the game (or the whole thing) can easily fail.

Any desktop app, notably MMOs, are frequently irritating. Consoles are the worst, because inputting special

Yeah, my current pet theory is that Dr. Strange forced Thanos into the Mirror Universe on Titan, so anything that happens after that is an illusion. Prior to that - Heimdall, Loki, Gamora, they’re toast.

I think part of it is: Are they really feeling those things, or are they just reacting believably to the stimuli around them? How can one tell, and does it matter?

At least this generation is getting angry over their own experience - previous generations had this sort of irrational behavior over sports team they’re fans of - not even playing the game they throw things over.
