I wish I could find the post but it was on reddit when the Note first came out. It was a guy who had no issue fitting the Note in his skinny jeans. I'm at work so my Google-Fu is limited. \=

I can relate to this article. When someone likes something I don't I usually throw a fit and cry too.

Joe Brown sounds like he made a few bad investments and is now blaming Kickstarter for it.

Lifehacker has a great group of people too. Very good stuff on there.

I look forward to the top ten reasons to leave Gawker article. Unfortunately, I don't have any links from the future.

Yes. Unfortunately. \=

Right now the only benefit I can see would be less wear and tear on the magnetic strip. That'll save a little bit because you wouldn't have to replace as many cards.

I wonder if a politician is going to cite that video as a source when they complain about something. It's happened before!

I bought my wife a set of these books in a case. I believe she's also purchased all of them them separately as I always see them around the house. When I bought her a Kindle we were going to buy them for a 3rd time so she can read them on it. It was no where to be found! It turns out the author didn't want people to

Save your money! These things have toe slots just for the sake of having toe slots. They're too thick and uncomfortable. If you're going to get some toe shoes go with some vibrams. You can get them for about $50-60 when they're on sale (monitor slickdeals.net) and they're usually thin enough to feel comfortable. The

Out of all the suggestions in the article I'd think just using a planer would be the best idea. It doesn't take too much time to take it off, cut it down to size and toss it right back up.

If you're looking for that type of material I would suggestion you check out the IAMA section of reddit: [www.reddit.com]

Relevant.

+1! I love the Lifehacker crew! Hell if they made a paid site I'd gladly subscribe just to help them out!

In regards to linking your Gawker account to Google/Facebook/Twitter. Gawker's website says to create a seperate account to login in. I'm at work so I can't look into Twitter but wouldn't it be against Twitter's terms and conditions to create a "fake" alternate account just to gain access?

Yes! He forgets to mention that some of his Gawker writers, none on Lifehacker that I have ever saw, are extremely rude and are always on the offense. Your example of Jesus Diaz is spot on. Take a look at his article about the flying man, you'll see him talk down to several commenters without hesitation.

Yeah I'm pretty bummed out about this also. This is one of the few sites I really enjoy reading and commenting on. I guess I'll just have to go back to lurking.

I completely agree with your thoughts on an updated driver's ed program. I've always thought people should have to keep taking a refresher course every so often to keep a license. I'm sure that would keep quite a few drivers off the roads.

I think the writer doesn't know that there's still alot of people that buy phones for what they can do and don't care to upgrade. He probably also doesn't remember when you bought a feature phone you'd have that phone with the same software the entire length of your contract.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Sure those phones might outspec your Galaxy Nexus but here's what's going to happen. When all these new phones start rolling out they'll be rocking Ice Cream Sammich. I'd bet at the same time we'll start getting details or a release date for Jelly Bean. Soon after we get the JB
