Congrats!

I work in a "back office" at a local bank. Our dress code is business casual as well. From what I've gathered here no one has ever been able to explain to me exactly what business casual is. So to be safe I just have a ton of black or white under shirts and save the bright colors for the dress shirts. There's only two

If you're using Google Maps there should be an offline mode. You could cache your trip using your WiFi at home so you use less data.

Lifehacker just had an article about SD Cards that might be helpful.

Whatever car you get I would recommend picking up a Haynes repair manual. I'm not a "car" person so to say but I have been able to do a lot of repairs on my car using a Haynes manual as reference. I also use it to gauge whether or not I'm willing to try a repair out. If I end up paying someone to do the repair I at

I've had good luck at Costco when I stock up for parties. The prices are usually lower then any liquor store I've been to. If you don't have a Costco near your I'm sure any other bulk store would be just as good.

If SwiftKey would add Swype-like input it would be all over! I've tried SwiftKey and it worked great but I'm too used to swyping with one hand to switch over.

@Whitson Gordon: I'm curious as to how this works with outbound calls. I have an Android phone so I know I could always use Google Voice for outbound calls. This way my GV number, and not my carrier assigned number, will show up on the other end. Does this work the same way with an iPhone?

@pinecone99: Try JoliOS. I tossed that on my wife's netbook and it's been running like a dream. It can be installed from within Windows so it can be uninstalled from within windows if you're not happy. It also has the guts of Ubuntu so you can always customize it to your liking.

So you could have the upper left hand side blank and the check is still good. The only issue with that is you might run into places that will not accept

This price is most likely going to be the "early adopter" price. Wait a few months and the price will start going down.

@Oroka: Bring back Caprica!

@seanism: I hate to be that guy but I'm pretty sure step 3 is "????" then comes the profit!

@gizmodo Could we get more updates at they come along on this story? I want to follow it.

@cc mentioned phandroid being invited. My bet is that they'll be the first carrier releasing a dual core phone out into the wild. An Android dual core phone at that!

@Snow leopard: I almost loled at work! This post right here is win with a side of win and a nice tall glass of win to wash all that win down .

@Justin Reich: I think it may be the other way around. Verizon originally turned down Apple. Recently Verizon has been selling Android devices like hotcakes and talking about how great their network is. At the same time AT&T has been catching alot of flak for their network. (note: I don't have AT&T so I can't say if
