If you look there at the side of the PS4, you’ll understand why I feel like consoles really should be looking more like mini PCs than they do. I’m not a Microsoft guy, but goddamn if this big ass pillar isn’t a breath of fresh air after 15 years of losing consoles to cooling issues.

Some people need to spend less time on the internet.

Yesterday the status of the project was unknown.

The chances this game is going to suck just increased significantly.

Perhaps people (including me) are underestimating Youtube. The problem is that Google has a history of investing and then abandoning projects. If Google really wanted to make Youtube a viable channel for streaming, they don’t seem to be making any big public overtures indicating that they are investing in their

YouTube is being sorely underestimated. Somehow, all this drama surrounding Twitch has put YouTube into a much better situation as of lately.

Yep, it’s called Deadspin. It’s a ghost town where men yell into the void and never receive a response.

It’s a persona. Much like wrestlers. He boasts and brags about shit all the time.

“cOuNtLeSs” wow, alarmist nonsense much? Ive seen literally 4 or 5 examples here. I grew up playing the circle game, and giving the ok signal as sort of a hybrid of acknowledging wankers. Now its forbidden because trolls and a few wanker nationalist uses it. Grow the fuck up, in what way is it racist by itself in a

The “OK” symbol as white supremacist icon was made up out of whole cloth by trolls on 4chan back in 2017 as a deliberate effort to fool the media, and the media bought it hook, line, and sinker. It should stand as a cautionary tale that (a) you can’t believe everything you read and (b) social media in particular is

Well said, I don’t think SUV even a little when I think Mercedes.  I think F1 and gorgeous CARS.

I used to go to this place in Atlanta, and if you know it, you know it. It’s called Jack’s Pizza and Wings, right there off Highland. It’s a dive bar that serves pizza and wings, and also super cheap beer. Back in 2009, they were still serving $1 pints of “Old 4th Ward” which I’m pretty sure was just Miller.

I don’t see how it’s any different from TV commercials. It’s just a new medium for advertising. I don’t see it as particularly deceptive or manipulative.

Not to gaslight, but, with all of the recent streamer suicides and adding into that the depressingly high rate of Veteran suicide - is it appropriate to antagonize people that served our country?

Exactly. We’re going to let racists dictate our very vernacular by simply making things go viral. And we’re going to talk ourselves into the idea that we’re “winning” a war on hate by doing so all while those racists laugh their asses off at how easily society can be manipulated, now.

So you’re basically giving a bunch of racist pricks the power to determine the symbols or gestures that are acceptable and unacceptable in society? I don’t see how that could possibly go wrong... Maybe they should also co-opt the thumbs up, the fist in the air, the peace sign, and every other innocuous gesture we use

So, the solution is to just let racists have a symbol? To just gain ground over something that has been universally used to say OK for who knows how long?

Always remember, HR only exists to help the company by dealing with the people that will hurt their bottom line. Sometimes (not nearly enough) this means that they get rid of the harassers, and far too often this means they get rid of the people that report the harassers.

Nice job using a personal attack to get your point across. You seriously sound like the people you’re supposedly rallying against.

6. How bout not sending nude pics just because some “moron” says to. That’s not victim blaming that’s fucking common sense.
