I was being 100% sarcastic due to the huge marketing flop that was the Diablo announcement. Blizzard has been doing really well with the marketing stuff lately... Their leadership clearly has a strong grasp on the will of the fanbase as well as a clear sense of the direction their brand should go.

Their freedom of speech protection is enforced by parliament and could be withdrawn with a simple majority vote. I doubt it’s going anywhere, but I still feel more secure knowing it would take something just short of an act of god to revoke the right in the US.

So where did we collectively land on this game? I bought it but was so turned off by the repetitive combat and the rails on the car that I didn’t even make it out of the first area. Is the general consensus that it gets better, or are damage sponge enemies pretty much a constant?
