Sounds like getting a raise at my current job, only if you go to them with an offer from another company will the consider an out of review cycle raise. Its an awful feeling. Worse yet, as i have tried, they wont even consider non $$$ raises. Ugh i need out. That said, my job isnt bad, i just need out to upgrade.
