    Im curious what profession? What is over doing fruit? The last sentence is exactly what i would also say to limit vs fruit and veggie.

    haha that wasnt my thought i assure you. I only meant i feel free to eat all the fruit and veggies i want and it seems to have no effect on my weight. i often have rungers and i can polish of my fruit

    Your diet sounds excellent, my suggestion, if you’re hungry EAT! Especially if you are eating fruit and/or veggies. In my very unprofessional but i consider myself fit opinion, you cant eat to much fruit or veggie. Watch the added sugar in things you dont suspect.

    i actually get excited, to a point, when my stocks/investments go down, i dump more in.

    As others have mentioned its not for everyone, especially if you aren’t going to disciplined. However, i have a cash back card, and its literally around $500 free dollars yearly. So if you’re into free money/stuff/other rewards, thats a good reason.
