it's so true, i love store brand items just because of the deep discounts you can usually score. However sometimes you need the real deal. Great examples there. toss in batteries and peanut butter. I can live with store brand oreos but real deal is crazy better.

I bought Onkyo even knowing the issues. Terrible mistake. days of re-setting up later i returned it and just got a Pioneer 1022 WAY better. Each part works.

not that my method is flawless ny any means but runkeeper states much higher and every calculator i've used online has put me at at LEAST 1000. I'm 190lbs and run around 7-8 minute miles. Im guessing it has more to do with pace?

560 running? At what pace is that??? I dont consider myself fast (Also possible speed has nothing to do with it I dont know) but i burn 1000 calories an hour, give or take 100. If you run an hour every few days good luck NOT losing weight!

ahh good to know... it is sort of a work phone. it is my phone but I linked work email myself and it forced the passcode to the phone. Ill just keep floating under the radar with it, i dont want to carry 2 phones again.

why do i need to disable my passcode lock? i ask because i can not.

why are you checking bags? Generally, if you cant pack all your clothes for the trip in on carryon you are packing to much. (obviously this doesnt apply to oversized odd shape items that dont give you a choice. or knives.)
