Most important part of my run attire, shoes and compression shorts to keep my thighs from chaffing. everything else can be changed or forgotten. Running without those shorts makes for a terrible shower and night.

good question because i dont understand either. because it's 4 years old it shouldn't be implemented? or your complaining that the tech is 4 years old and you need some NEW and better.

Why do i want a curved screen handheld device? I havent understood this yet. Didnt we do away with curved screen TV, computer displays because they suck?

Said this in reply below but i feel is AMAZING.
"RunKeeper" on iphone has a programable interval feature and for this is the best running app i have found. You can set Warm up and cool downs (5 min each) also differences in verbal ques fast mderate and slow and can select Intervals to be distance or time based. It is awesome.
Somewhat related, I've always found that purposefully creating awkward situations with friends and strangers makes for a much awkward situation when it's a surprise and better equips you to handle it. Plus nearly always very funny.

haha, reminds me of my first p90x cycle and having a beer after. HAHA my theory (which i thought was hilarious) was "i'm only working out to maintain what i have now" hahaha

AHHH this makes sense. I felt i was missing something.
Were all 1687 people, people who regularly worked out? I cant imagine a "rigorous" exercise would be good for someone who never works out. So these results are not surprising.
