Note that even if you pay for cable you generally get the same local affiliates games - unless you pay for League Pass. I’m usually busy Thursday and I save more than enough on cable to buy plenty of beers at the bar if a MNF game is worth watching (rare).

You can watch most NFL games for free at home in most places - it just requires an antenna. I haven’t paid for cable in many years but get ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, and a bunch of other channels in high-def with a cheap powered antenna.

Romo has had plenty of chances to succeed, and he blows it in the playoffs or leading up to the playoffs every time. I don’t mind watching the Cowboys go one-and-done if they make the playoffs, but I’d think Cowboy fans would be tired of watching Romo choke the season away.
