A lot of things that might be in birdseed mix are technically grasses. Wheat and even corn are in the grass family.

Also, don’t hang your bird feeders over your flower beds. Some uneaten birdseed will inevitably fall to the ground, resulting in a lush patch of grass right in the middle of your roses. Ask me how I know!

I have the $10 PF membership and it’s great. You’re limited to only the PF location you signed up at but that’s not a problem for me. There’s plenty of machines and other things to do. I’ll typically do the 30-minute quick workout circuit (when assholes aren’t using it as their own personal gym space) one day and then

Damn, sorry to see you go, Raph. You’ll always be the better half of that too-short-lived TV show folks have forgotten about.

I had to check and make sure this wasn’t a previously published article.

You mean Jalopnik is gutted.

Hilarious. Just cause you weren’t correct first, doesn’t mean you weren’t right. I suppose you could have suggested that Fiat roadster. Although then Avinka will be sick due to repair bills instead of motion sickness. Thus....MIATA.

Wow that is interesting (EV). Do you think it may have something to do with brake regen? I have an electric car and when you 1 foot drive, the initial slow down is more abrupt than if in an ICE vehicle where you coast after taking foot off gas and then can modulate brake more gently. Just a hypothesis. I wonder what

10 to 15 MPG better? So you expect us to believe that had Subaru just used a different setting, they could have advertised this to us with a combined rating around 32 or so? Better than any car in the segment... and they simply chose not to? Oh, and they don’t advertise this magic setting in any ads?!?! Damn... they

Are Challengers actually even that unreliable?

Those big 1st and 3rd graders will continue to get big and biggerer. The Golf R is a solid choice, or you can save some money and get a GTI and get a tune.

yes checked with paper. i once drove from houston to austin and got 38.5 mpg and was not going slow. Overall the computer was 0.5-1mpg better than paper calculations for my car

I do mine by calculation, not the trip computer, and I ALWAYS get 30 mpg even when I’m driving like an ass. I get 35 mpg when I’m nice to it. Mine is a 2019 6MT.

It’s pretty common for cars to get worse fuel economy in colder weather for a couple of reasons. The main 2 are that 1. they run rich when they are in the warm up cycle using more gas 2. the blend of gasoline in the winter is different and is less fuel efficient.

There is a large spread on that site, especially for the manual cars.

This is one of the reasons in 2016 i got a GTI. one of the many. But the WRX is known for getting even worse mileage than its rated at and the GTI can consistently get better. Mine with a tune making 330hp was capable on getting 39mpg on the way to work with traffic

Hey David Tracy, you see all that rust?  I have a bridge to sell you.

If he finds, for a less than insane price, an AMC Eagle station wagon with the factory option Vin Motori diesel, double fuel tanks AND a stick I will call the man Indiana Jones for he is the best seeker of Grails to ever do it.
