Same experience here. In fact, I think my thermostat housing might have a slight leak as well. I bought a ‘17 GTI Sport manual CPO. It’s been nothing but perfect for the past 20k miles that I’ve owned it. Bikes, large dogs, kids, or 4 adults (not all of these at the same time) all fit. It’s a relaxed and comfortable

I was wrong. I kept trying to figure out what Jeep you were buying when you mentioned an American, Austrian, Italian vehicle in another article. I’m excited to read about your adventures.

I think you should be applauded for your efficiency. I delete the majority of my emails unread and I get through my day just fine. If you can just not read the emails and still perform the duties of your job well then should the sender(s) have sent that email?

Not the Cavalier!! Don’t get me wrong, I dislike Cavs the way only a person who was forced to drive one for years can. But we retired it (due to rust of the bits that hold it all together) at almost 300,000 miles. Also, I doubt I would’ve hated it so much had it been a manual. It was THE MOST RELIABLE vehicle that

You daily a 78 Town Coupe. I’m jealous but I sure hope its a short commute when the “small” engine was a 400ci. My dad had a 77 or 78 Town Car when I was a kid. I loved that thing.

I’d like to think that most of these 16 plus year old vehicles are down south where the winters are mild and salt free. But I know that isn’t the case and that there are tons of duct taped frames of vehicles around me just waiting to fall apart. I lost an 03 last year to a pothole. The front sub frame snapped due to

I’m determined to solve what type of Jeep this could be... American and Italian point to a more current FCA product. Then I found that the Grand Cherokee WK right hand drive diesel was produced exclusively in Austria during the Daimler years. But yet, those two don’t quite coincide and that’s the most research I can

Best of both worlds!

Wait...what if you cross shopped a GTI and the Gladiator?

Too much. But what I really had to say was I just about guessed the location before I saw the Craigslist link. I used to work in that area and remember those two story townhomes were everywhere. I actually guessed Plainfield which is next to Oswego. I’m guessing it’s the same builder.

Traded in the crossover which was kind of a jack of all trades and master of none for a barely broken in T&C a couple years ago. It excels at moving kids and adults alike as well as a perfect vehicle for those weekend projects. I can slide full sheets of plywood in the van without issue, just stow and go. When it

Right? Who still has brand new 2016 Town and Country vans on dealer lots to sell as new?

I’ve said that after every Chrysler product I’ve owned and yet I’ve had a Chrysler in the driveway consistently since the 90s.

Say what you will about the Pentastar but it has been proven to be a fairly reliable engine and can be found in FCA’s minivans, muscle cars, sedans, cargo vans, pickups, and Jeeps. In the Gladiator it has a tow capacity of up to 7,650lbs. IMHO, it’s everything that surrounds the Pentastar that can lead to problems.

Size of bolt is often missed and much needed. One night while pouring down rain I needed to replace my wiper linkage. I found a video from 1Aauto and at the very beginning of the video they showed all tools needed. They make awesome videos and have since become my first stop for videos and parts.

I really wanted to fall for the newest 3. I liked the exterior, the interior, the dealership and even the salesperson. I test drove one in manual and came away wanting. I drove a GTI and bought it. The GTI was just more engaging. Maybe it was the extra power.

I’m great at budgeting except for food. Our food spending swings wildly from month to month. It probably doesn’t help that my wife doesn’t shop with a list and shops by guessing what we need and/or what we may like to eat that week. This is not entirely her fault as she is usually tasked with the grocery shopping and

Our 2020 Chevy Express vans have them in the mirror. As do some other GM vehicles.

I’m the exact opposite. I noticed that Waze didn’t seem to use much data at all. I just checked and it has only used 46.62 MB for the past 22 days. I’m guessing that it saves my map data for my area and just uses data for updating drive times, hazards and the like. I drove a Mazda 3 before I bought my GTI and I did

I love the Android Auto in my GTI. Plus, all the things I want buttons and dials for like the HVAC system still have buttons and dials. I can control most everything else via the steering wheel controls. I bought a D-dock for the cubby below the HVAC controls and now I just slide my phone in and let Android Auto start
