Go with a credit union. You can usually get a loan on a older vehicle. Not like classic car old though. The rates are probably cheaper as well. It used to be most credit unions only accepted membership from very specific companies. Now most around me state you just have to live or work in the county.
It is kinda low, the newer Gen Volt can do 42 mpg combined. But the appeal is that the majority of driving could be done via electric. The old Volt was 38 miles and the new can do 53 before tapping the gas reserves. I could easily commute back and forth to work and run all my errands on just electricity and the gas…
I like it. I but I don’t like the price. The biggest attraction for me is the plug in aspect in a fancy wrapper. But right now I can get a 2014 Volt, with 2 more doors for 10-12k around me and I could score a Gen 2 Volt with over 50 miles electric only range for the price they are asking.
Well told. And that’s why parents end up in nursing homes.
Don’t worry the older you get the more isolated you will become to pop culture.
If I understand this correct, banana peels 1 Audi 0?
I sure hope not. I have a degree in Psychology :(. But on a serious note I have a good paying job and live a nice middle class mostly debt free lifestyle.
Not a single one?
YAY, I've heard of the Beatles and Drake!!
Malls, stores, pop radio stations... These are all things I actively avoid. Don’t know this artist, but I bet I listen to a few artists that others haven’t heard of either. Still shitty people hope he dies. If I don't like certain forms of entertainment I don't wish death on them.
I was a salesperson for 12 years. I worked in retail sales and car sales and I will say I hate dealing with salespeople. I am a well informed consumer and I know what I want. In the case of cars, I like to test drive before I buy. With homes, I want to walk through to get a feel for the place before I make an offer.…
“Like, have you ever gone into Circuit City and haggled over the price of a TV?”
This was my exact experience back in my early 20s when I sold cars. There was only one other younger salesman who was just trying to pay the rent like me. I ended up quitting and going back to school. My senior year, I was laid off due to my company closing and I figured I could go back to selling cars. Within a…
The Idaho location is the only thing that keeps me from grabbing 15 crisp 100 dollar bills and trading them for a handsome late 80s SUV.
You think this guy just heard of “couch surfing” and thought he’d give it a try?
Good take. I think of a meh car as one that’s “fine”. As in, “I’m fine” or “how’s that frozen chicken pot pie”? “It’s fine.”
I really feel like this guy needs to understand how money works.
“When a 91 xm came up on Obscure cars for sale I jumped on it.”
It appears to be a Focus RS, I’d be good with buying that.
