Yep. Her role on Herman's Head for, I don't know, maybe a year or so? That's always where I remember her from immediately, despite my knowing she's been Lisa on the The Simpsons since I was 11. It's so weird how the mind works.

"I'm going to go now. Don't remember my face. Forget this face. This didn't happen."

Thanks for the clarification. It's a little sad that I got that confused, but that's a convo for a different day. LOL!

I suppose. I don't like the sound of that though. (But if that's the case, she needs to get a little more proactive and less reactive I'd say).

I'm with you. Don't make the stakes so high if you can't deliver a satisfying resolution.

When Abbie broke into their stronghold the first time I was thinking "where's Jenny? I can't believe a smart woman like you came in here all alone". I almost wanted her to get caught 1) for being so foolish and 2) so Ichabod could see how far off the ball he's been taking his eyes.

Or he insisted on taking them himself. I don't think he liked 1) not being equipped to save Abbie and 2) having to impotently watch Hawley do it.

You aren't the only one. I really dig David Hyde Pierce a lot (particularly in this role) but I love Wendy Scott-Carr. One reviewer called her "weaponized Alicia" and it fits so well. She always throws a big mirror in front of Alicia in a way that few characters do. Like "this is you if you don't watch it."

Tracie Thoms was actually on an episode of TGW too. I believe she was an old law school buddy of Cary's that was either an Army lawyer or in the Attorney General's office or something. (It was also sort of implied that she might have been another WoC that Cary dated/dallied with once upon a time).

You forgot Matan's passive aggressive viciousness.

Nathan Lane is currently doing It's Only a Play on Broadway with Matthew Broderick, so he's probably not really that available. That said however, Alan Cummings is also doing Cabaret and it hasn't stopped him, so I don't know…

Yeah, I didn't understand how she was having such difficulty with his explanation, since it was almost word for word hers as well.

Try Keshia Knight-Pulliam, but close.

Probably off his body…not far from where the gun was? Or in the drawer where all the other keys were?

I'm parsing, but she was slapped once and she already had her eyes on the door by then. Also, the icky lollipop thing happened well after she was contemplating escape. They were both instances encouraging her out the door, not the impetus of the feeling.

It's been a while and she hasn't done a lot of note since then, but I'm a bit shocked that they didn't use Oscar nominee Keisha Castle-Hughes to greater effect.

I agree, when they got outside and Beth didn't have some car keys, I wanted to scream. And I was flabbergasted that Noah didn't have a single implement to protect himself with. If I had been Beth, I would have been like, "Where do you think you're going with me without a knife, scalpel, crowbar, something?"

You and me both…

Yup. Sorry. Getting my men-folk confused (and Carolines too apparently Listen, I wrote that at 3 in the morning, when clearly I should have been sleeping). Bring Luke back. He was boring but still more interesting than Hawley.

THIS SHOW.
