Patriot Act and the Constitution don’t necessarily agree; and Republicans continue to insist that the Patriot Act supersede the Constitutional protections in order to “keep us safe” from terrorists and enemy combatants (wink-wink, nod-nod). We the People (of color) are screwed. . . . .
