It depends on the show. I’ve bought seasons of Veep and Silicon Valley. Were you the one who mentioned The Young Pope? They may put it on a few weeks/months after it airs.
I do this too! Most of the shows I watch are on either Netflix or the channel’s website, and then I don’t mind paying for the others on itunes. Like you said, it’s much cheaper than cable.

One of the most believable celeb conspiracy theories I’ve ever heard is around them. Allegedly Clooney wants to run for political office one day, and marrying her gives him serious cred.
