How effective are the windshields on the Atom? I think it’s an amazing car, but I’d want windshields at least two or three times larger.

Messerschmidt microcar ... four guys climbed into the bed of the truck of the seller and carried into the bed of the buyer. ... tailgate to tailgate.

I could be mistaken about the Challengers, but I work a block away from the headquarters for the Kansas Highway Patrol and some of the big-wigs park in a lot next to where I park. I’ll check tomorrow when I get to work and take pics of there are any.

To tell the truth I don’t know the difference between the two (they’re ok cars, but I’ve never actually looked at them), but I think that I have seen Challengers. I work a block away from the headquarters for the Kansas Highway Patrol so the cars I’m thinking about would belong to the big-wigs. I cut through a parking

I’ve always wondered if some cars could fit in the back of a pickup truck, so now I know. But I always think of little hatchbacks or sports cars and never would have thought that a Samurai could do it.

1. And have everyone in front of me slow down to exactly the speed limit? No thanks

From my experience it takes a funny comment or a comment that adds to the discussion to get out of the gray. Sometimes it’s just posting a comment at the right time when someone from Jalopnik will notice it and follow you (that’s what it takes to get out of the gray—Jalop, BlackFlag, TheGarage, etc. following you).

I kept watching that gif and couldn’t figure out what was supposed to be different. “This doesn’t help at all” is what I was thinking.

The early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.

I’ve owned six cars throughout my life and only one has had a locking glove box, and it was my first one (an ‘83 Caprice Classic station wagon). I don’t understand why they ALL don’t have a lock.

They got it right on the Cactus. If you look at my car, all of the door dings are in the area that would be protected by those bumps.

They seem to be placed too low to actually accomplish that task. They’d do more good if they were up near the door handles.

What in the world is going on in that picture? Is it real or faked?

Holy crap, I’m in love! I’ve never really liked the four-door Wranglers, but those guys make it into a work of art!

I also love tan and green, but it makes me think of the 90's Eddie Bauer Ford Explorers. I hate dumb auto/fashion partnerships like that (I don’t think anyone does that anymore) but the Eddie Bauer’s all looked good (if I remember correctly, but that’s questionable).

It sucks for me that I’ll never afford them, but it makes me happy that companies like FJ Company and Icon are doing what they do.

Ibuprofen, a couple cortisone shots, & a bump of cocaine.

I was just at the RedBull GRC website to see when the next race is and I noticed something weird about the cars in one of the pictures—they have tape or something over the air ducts in the bumper. The next picture shows it uncovered (on a different car), so why would they do that? And where does that duct go? Is it to

In my opinion, the top three discontinued cars that deserve to be made again are Fiero, CRX, and MR2. I was reading through these comments and it struck me that those were the affordable fun used cars when I was in high school (graduated in ‘92) and they’d still be perfect today. None of them were practical at all,

My second car was a 4-cylinder ‘85 Fiero and I loved that thing. If I had a garage I’d scrape together the cash to buy one for a second car.
