I’m always amazed at how great the tile mosaic floors and walls look in Roman ruins that get dug up in modern times.

Joke if you will (and I encourage it!) but they taped over some priceless audio and video like early appearances of Jimi Hendrix, the Beatles, Rolling Stones, and other legends of popular music.
