My current DD is an ‘03 4.7 quad cap Dakota that I’ve had since ‘06, and it has just over 185k on the clock. The interior is rubbish, and the electronics are crap, but God bless it, the thing still hauls ass in its old age.

started with a set of 5 knee push ups twice a day. have built up to sets of 20 twice a day and added in a plank that I’ve gotten up to a minute and a half. Have a couple days of barbell curls and triceps lifts as well that I’ve started doing this past week, as well.  

Texas resident, here. The drive-thru “Beer Barns” are alive and well over here as well.

I’d hate to be anywhere in the vicinity when the mowing crews come threw next spring. I know they’ll clean most of them up, but still those mowers could be launching flying marbles of death.
