Yes I have huge issues reading Xbox controller button prompts because I’m used to the original (Nintendo) button labels, but as far as which button does what it doesn’t take me long to adapt and I switch game to game as well.

Many people have called out how big the PS5 is including Kotaku.  Also Luke is mainly an XBOX guy..On top of that though this was about the XSX because they have the shell of it in their offices. I think you might be a little too defensive regarding this article. Nothing negative is stated at all. I’m definitely getting a Series X once I upgrade to a 4K TV next year, and there’s really no arguing that it’s a big friggin box.

This is a great point actually, I love the Switch, however, the one (and only one) leg up that the Wii U had, was simultaneous streaming to the TV screen. If the Wii U REALLY pushed that and had hardware and titles at the same level of Switch, it would have been the winner of that generation.

My guess is that with something like a Pihole instead of just blocking an ad you could replace it with a little window running doom. A browser extension could probably also do it.

Honestly, I think that 4K just refers to the actual capabilities of the hardware. If it remains a portable system with no extra GPU in the dock (which is likely), then I don’t see many new games running at more than 1080p or maybe 1440p. But it will have hardware designed for 4K video streams, including the latest…

This would be a perfect game for the Switch.

I would love if this is just their “next-gen” console. That is, a backwards compatible upgraded Switch that can also play games exclusive to their upgraded model. Then games previously impossible to port to the Switch due to lackluster hardware are now within reach.
