@elargentino: Too many of the cars "winning" are already in every other racing sim. Jalopnik is all about the quirky.

@JDickson87: I second that. Too many people seen Back to the Future and want to relive their crappy child-hoods. If it isn't the one from the movie and hover, then it doesn't belong in the game.

@Hunter2458: Though true, a good percentge of the people who bought Wii bought it solely for Wii Sports. There are plenty of people that don't realize you can play more than Wii Sports on the console or don't care to play anything else.

@SigmundTheSeaMonster: They usually count playing solitaire on your computer at work as being a gamer. Hence the uptick in women gamers. Though don't forget women love the Wii and DS.

@MikeTheRipper12: I was thinking the same thing. With remote start and all that other fun stuff, losing your phone could be a huge problem. Sure you can call on-star and report the car, but it could be loooong gone by the time you realize you dropped your phone...

@Man In Gauze is an obscure reference to Courage the Cowardly Dog.: We no longer posses the technology to put man on the moon either. When we went to the shuttle system, we scrapped all the rocket stuff. That's why NASA is spending buttloads of money trying to figure out rockets again.

@Ockeroid: Though Infinity Wards' big claim to fame here is the realism. How can you claim the game is super realistic, and then screw up something so simple?

@ploopsy: Don't forget, it's also the last major engagement the US "won." You could argue Desert Storm, but that was a month at most. Vietnam wasn't popular, and we're still technically in Korea after 50 years.
