I use this recipe which is modified from Bittmans in some way I never dug into...it was just the first one I stumbled on:

I never saw any reason to advance past the no-knead recipe I started baking bread with. I was just like, “I wish this was a better shape for sandwiches,” and just dumped it into a loaf pan and poured a bunch of hot water from my kettle into a pan at the bottom of my oven and shrugged. Rectangular bread!

I thought we all agreed that after the 2016 election no one is allowed to even ask Pareene his opinion on anything.

The stuff is probably not great for human skin, either.
