Stand, sit, spin, I don't give a crap. If Blu-Ray presents itself as a single format ON ITS OWN SITE then it better flippin' work with any Blu-Ray labelled product I stuff in the drive. Or Else.

Go to Blu-ray.com and tell me if they refer to Blu-Ray formats or a THE Blu-Ray format. As in a single, coherent, SHARED format. If I buy a Blu-Ray product, it sure as f*** better play standard Blu-Ray products, or you've got a nightmare on your hands.

If I paid extra for a Blu-Ray drive and my computer didn't come loaded with software to play it I'd call my manufacturer and demand they provide one or explain their fraudulent behavior to Consumenr Protection. And about 73 media outlets.

Wow, Whitson's reduced to reposting his "Greatest Hits Of The 90's." Either that or he missed the entire Mac/PowerPC vs PC/Intel battle. Heck, you'd think he'd remember the whole Pentium II/Celeron mess.

Did you wash the chicken? Seriously.

Nothing around here uses AA batteries either. Except my mouse, most of my remotes, a digital camera, my flashlight, my old portable CD player (for when I forget to recharge my iPod, which doesn't have replaceable batteries), my mini lantern. And that's just off the top of my head.

That's my point. Is either better than the other? Annie Liebovitz would smack you with a tripod if you gave her MS Paint, and a 5 year old would use fingerpaints on the monitor if you forced them to use photoshop. It's a crappy question.

This is ridiculous, and meaningless. Photoshop has a huge learning curve; A 5 year old can use MS Paint. Which is better?

@Dogsport - we may both be right. One could be pre- and the other post-drag race? That also seems to be when he became a true Clarkson Jr, so we can blame all of it on TBI.

In the past year my state's weather included: more than 7 feet of snow in one month, including 2 two-foot storms, 100 degree temperatures - in MAY, the high temperature was 103, ice storms, 7 inches of rain in just over two hours, a hurricane, tornadoes, wind storms that took down 100-ft trees (sound familiar?), a 24

I seem to recall the Mopar was his dream car, and when he finally got one he couldn't fit it into his garage.

Okay, the standards for the press avoiding libel and/or slander charges are much higher...

And if Clarkson is full of crap, what does that say about his opinion? Top Gear WAS a good program. Now it's just a piece of crap. How many more "Car vs. whatever" races can they do? How many more times can they drive cars/trucks across the desert/ice/mountains/poles/mud holes? Hey! Ferrari just added floor mats

Two words: Benny Hill.

300hp IS that much, even if the housewife next door is driving a Camry with the same. And any parent who hands the keys of a de-tuned race car to their teenage kid - and there are far too many who have - should be thrown in jail for child endangerment.

First, I am not "a women" (and what if I were?). Second, you're obviously one of the last who should comment on proper grammar - especially when you can't use, never mind recognize it. Third, my comment has nothing to do with appreciating any stock or after market engineering. It deals with someone who was stupid

The "dangerous" idea that needs to happen is the EU's idea to eliminate petrol-based cars. As it currently exists, the economic model for gasoline engine cars is unsustainable. From front-end subsidies for exploration to back-end taxes on users, it's a mess that can't support itself. Only the political economics

The BS meter just exploded. What a load of crap!! First, what fantasy are you basing this on? Second, the perceived benefit of imposing a speed limit is far outweighed by the political cost. the Greens are PROFESSIONAL politicians, not a group of tree hugging moonbeams. Their agenda is far too sophisticated and

It didn't suck - as far as what it was, and what it was supposed to be. What sucked was that Ford had a dangerous defect and refused to fix it. If they had, the car would probably have lasted a lot longer, and the name might still be in use today. Chevy figured out very quickly with the Silverado "saddle tanks" to
