It’s funny how “free speech advocates” like you like to characterize people using their own freedom of speech and freedom of association to counter shitty speech as “censorship”, and meanwhile right wing governments around the country are engaging in actual censorship (like the various anti-CRT laws, Florida’s “don’t

Sure, but it’s a key change that basically makes the Mexican pizza, IMHO. The way the layered textures work together is amazing.

You’ll lose the bacon fat for cooking purposes

I can see the inspiration, but the tlayuda is missing one important feature of the Taco Bell Mexican pizza - Taco Bell’s version isn’t built on one fried tortilla, but on two thin fried tortillas with beef and refried beans sandwiched between them.

I disagree. Blocking anyone whose head is so far up their ass that they not only think buying one of these is a good idea, but also feel the need to advertise it to everyone else on Twitter, sounds fine and dandy to me.

I’m surprised they didn’t put the most infamous “secret menu” item on there.  But then, perhaps I shouldn’t be surprised; no corporation wants to put the word “McGangbang” on their menu.

I have a set of measuring cups and spoons where they stack up and there are little recessed bits in the handle designed to snap together.  It’s pretty great.  Takes a bit of effort to snap them in place, but I’m only usually doing that when they, and my hands, are clean and dry anyway.

This. Any consumer protection laws with teeth would have outlawed mandatory binding arbitration a long time ago.

Excuse me, 5.47 million people. C&P’d the wrong number. 298 million is the number of cases, 5.47 million is the number of deaths.

So let me ask here, then... I get really bad eczema behind my ears, and I found really early on in the pandemic that any mask with earloops will end up making the skin behind my ears bloody, raw, and painful if worn for more than a few minutes. After trying different options, I eventually settled on cloth masks that

You thinking this is some deadly disease is what I find most hilarious...

What does that have to do with the price of tea in China?

Now playing

I’m rather fond of Santa’s Slay, myself. It stars Bill Goldberg (yes, the wrestler) as Santa, the son of Satan, who was bound to be nice and give presents on Christmas for a thousand years after losing a curling game to an angel, and is now out for revenge after the thousand years is up. I wouldn’t call it a *good*

One for the no-sellouts category would be Nissan.com, which has been owned by a small computer vendor since the 90s, despite Nissan Motors’ best efforts. https://nissan.com/

“Released the year before Separation Anxiety (what a name for a comic book video game), this was another brawler starring Spider-Man. However, what makes this a bit more interesting is that you could also play as Venom. And people like Venom, I hear.”

You know, it seems like people always bring up Kwanzaa in context with other winter holidays, but I’ve never met anyone who actually celebrates it. It’s supposed to be a holiday for black culture and all, but I’ve known more black people who celebrate Saturnalia or Festivus than I’ve known black people who celebrate

Weaponizing Christmas through lies really sucks.

Frankly, losing money is the only possible consequence that can be levied against a company, especially one the size of Activision Blizzard. Why shouldn’t they go after money? How else is AB going to learn their lesson?

Chex Quest is actually, objectively a really good game. Granted, it’s a pretty basic Doom TC, but the graphics are fun and colorful and the levels are well-designed.  Considerably better, and higher-effort, than most cereal box prizes.

Yeah, I have had some decent meals  from Denny’s (mostly breakfast stuff, burgers, and the like), but their turkey dinner was not one of them.
