One thing I’m curious about is, why is it always romaine?  You never hear about a recall like this affecting red leaf lettuce (which has become my go-to since I never seem to know if romaine is safe or not).

I’d say stick with “they are” like you do with “you”.  You wouldn’t say “You art” for a singular “you”, would you?

Trump getting into office really ruined all of these “regular person becomes president/king/whatever, fixes everything” movies for me. Now we know what somebody with zero political experience actually looks like in charge of a country, and it isn’t pretty.

I’m 6' 2" and my knees hit the seat in front of me constantly. It’s less of a problem if I don’t use the under-seat stow space (which isn’t always an option if the overhead bins are full), and I take my shoes off. Otherwise, any attempt to recline is not going to end well.
