They are fun. Silly fun, sometimes, but the world needs silliness occasionally.

Well, I'm a huge sports fan but I do say that about baseball. *lol*

The only reason I'm almost glad I didn't go is that the BONES panel was canceled. Otherwise, I'd still be gnashing my teeth and rending my garments.

Really, if you don't understand the appeal of Comic Con, you probably shouldn't be writing about it in the first place.

One of my favorite FF writers said once that if you've ever watched a TV show or movie and imagined an alternate ending, you've written fanfic. Just not on paper.

It really is, isn't it? Just a simple, feel good movie that's just fun to watch.

I've been on vacation since the 13th and have to go back to work tomorrow so I'm just enjoying this night like it won't ever end.

You're killing me, Smalls! My kids watched The Sandlot over and over, and it's still one of my favorite movies.

I'm just a 7th generation Kentucky girl, but I'm doing my part to balance out all our American screw-ups. I use the English spelling for theatre and I sprinkle "lovely" in my conversation every time I remember it.

No way JKR ever had that piece of drivel in her head as any kind of "alternate" whatever to anything HP related. Obviously the guy has a secret desire to write for The Onion but even more obviously, he's not nearly good enough.

I have no idea what a "league" is. I just know I like big, burly, ugly guys and thankfully, they like my average, redheaded, big ass self. So, win/win.

You know what, I am totally okay with that attitude. You're allowed to have personal opinions and your own beliefs about what is and isn't right.

I enjoyed HBP right up until the end, and then it was just awful. They had Alan freakin' Rickman and they screw up Snape's big emotional moment? Bah. Awful, just awful.
