Our country is loaded down with laws and a legal system. What we need is a ‘real’ Justice System. Justice should be much more important than legallity. We need to remember, tipping is up to the customer, NOT THE WAITER/WAITRESS. Most waiters are now paid at least minimum wage. Many with good tips make more than professional people. Not a complaint, just a point of information.

I still wonder why we allowed servers to decide what we tip. 15% was standard for years. Why should it be raised to 20%?
