:)

It looks nice, but is probably too minimalistic and drab for kids. I'm not sure this would work in the U.S.

Really?

I thought the Evo was supposed to be a killer phone, although limiting it to Sprint probably didn't do HTC any favors. I'm surprised the Evo 3D didn't really take off though; everyone was acting as if 3D was going to be the next big thing when that came out & the hype mill was on overdrive. Now all I hear about is

I have a friend who constantly bitches about his Incredible because it keeps getting low memory errors, even though the system shows only half of the phone's physical memory is being utilized (he thinks it's due to Sense, but has reasons for not rooting his phone to get rid of it). None of the updates from HTC/Verizon

I guess I'm not surprised. They need to get rid of that awful Sense UI (which seems to be the cause of many problems for power Android users), make fewer but higher quality phones, and do a better job at marketing. Things change so quickly in mobile tech but I hope HTC sticks around, as I wouldn't be too thrilled

They're getting a little carried away with being "thinnest". After computers get to the 1" mark (and phones 10mm), I don't care about how much thinner you can get the thing. I'm more interested in battery life and lightness at that point.

I agree. Unless they plan to continue selling the original Gorilla Glass for some reason, no reason to call the new version something different.

Nice analysis. Approved.

It looks like drugs make your hair a little more perky.

It looks a little photochopped to me.

No but I will have to try!

Yeah, I downloaded it and it definitely needs work.

They should make it so it can run Android apps, although I'm not sure about the touch interface part...

It will fragment them? I kid... :)

I guess the 3D fad didn't quite catch on...

I think it's been a half hearted effort on Google's part so far, like many of their products. This, and Chromebooks, are a couple of significant projects which come to mind that haven't exactly lived up to expectations.

Hah!

Good question...
