Yeah, that's a bit strange, but if they make the trackpad work as well as the ones on Macs, I'd be happy.

I agree that this is a stylish (and non-Apple clone, thank goodness) design, but I also think the traditional ThinkPads have a nice timeless design as well. They just need to add backlit keyboards as a standard feature to make the package near perfect.

+1

Giz, please review these and let us know if they are actual audiophile quality headphones, or just trendy wannabes like the Dr. Dre Beats that kids are wearing to the gym as a fashion accessory (I'm still rocking my old fashion earbuds to the gym; I think people look so silly with these huge headphones while working

They're dead, thank goodness, so they don't have to see their company being run into the ground by incompetent boobs.

Agreed. I only keep facebook so I can keep tabs on my favorite musicians/bands, play poker, and occasionally see what my friends are up to. And view Fry's Electronic ads...damn you Fry's, for making them only available on Facebook.

Lots of adventurous Americans enjoy going on African safaris.

Really sad and shocking. My parents are retired and frequently travel out of the country. I should call them more often instead of just relying on email communication to stay in touch.

LOL, thanks for reminding me of that movie.

This is why I prefer phone calls as opposed to email/text.

I don't know. I think the vacuums and airblades are selling well, but I don't think his fans are such hot sellers. Who knows how he would fare with computer designs.

Yeah, I see them on sale at Fry's Electronics or Big Lots as well sometimes. I've had mixed experiences with refurbs though, but it's something to take into consideration. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. That's my concern as well. If it's too much of a hassle to drag the vacuum out and do a thorough cleaning with it, chances are I'll just avoid doing it. Something to think about for sure.

What a sad state HP is in. I still have my HP48 calculator from college, and I'm old enough to remember when HP meant innovation and quality products. I look around my office now, and all the old HP laserjets have been replaced by Xerox CopyCentre machines, and there's not one product/service from HP that I have on my

$75! What a deal! Time to scour craigslist. :)

I don't use Twitter, but I wonder if this will actually make anyone stop using the service, or is it like Facebook where the momentum is just too great for people to stop utilizing it?

Wow, I am not surprised. I always thought that Dyson relied heavily on marketing to sell their products. I agree it's kind of shifty.

Sounds good, but when it comes to expensive purchases I prefer personal experience over reviews since I may find the vacuum to be too heavy/loud/etc. Thanks for the tip about Kohl's though!

You forgot to mention the use of aluminum.

I see, I guess that helps. Kids too, probably, if they're not spoiled and can be trained to do chores, lol.
