Jesus man, shivers went down my spine when I read about it.

Nice. And so many starred responses in this thread. Great job!

Ditto. Canceled my DVD plan and went streaming only as well. I'll try Redbox for as long as I can, and if that doesn't satisfy my movie viewing needs I'll subscribe to Blockbuster's by mail DVD service.

I need a friend like you! :)

Who knew! :P

I love animals but hate the maintenance, so I don't have any pets at the moment. That sounds like so much work, and I have a full time job already. I don't know how you do it!

I hate returning shit though, especially knowing that manufacturers/stores can't resell it as new, which eats into their profits and raises prices for everyone. I try to be extremely careful to research products so I don't experience buyer's remorse, but it's difficult to judge something like this without testing it

Holy shit.

LOL

Damn, I didn't know Steve was married until today. Thanks Giz!

I wish I could rent a Dyson for a month to test out and compare to my $100 Hoover. Dropping $600 on a vacuum without first hand experience is too scary a proposition for me personally.

Only $200? The design must be so similar to the iPhone 4 that whoever found the thing mut have thought that's what it was, and sold it for an accordingly appropriate amount.

Bless Google.

Hear hear.

Maybe HP should try to sell them at $250 instead of the absurdly low $99/$149 that's causing Black Friday-like stampedes everywhere. Look at the OnSale/Slickdeals fiasco. People got pissed enough at OnSale for not fulfilling their orders that they crushed their resellerratings.com rating from 9/10 to 0.50/10. This

Thanks. This is so confusing.

Cool, as long as this isn't considered a cash advance by your credit card issuer—can someone confirm that?

Really?

Now playing

Star Wars blueprints are cool and all, but here's the actual video for the article.

:( I hope Steve gets better, and those on the east coast weather through the hurricane unscathed.
