I didn’t get hooked by Fallout 3 (I hit a game-breaking bug after like twenty hours and didn’t have the energy to re-play all that), and didn’t play New Vegas, but I’ve been playing Fallout 4 obsessively.

It’s all about the Grognak. Nothing like rushing bare-chested at some poor sap after popping a bit of Psycho (“FUCKING KILL!!”) and whacking them to death with your melee weapon of choice.
If you’re like me and you didn’t invest in Strength from the beginning, power armor adds an instant 10 strength, which means you can wreck some face with melee weapons. I wasn’t using power armor at first, but after building up over 10 fusion cores, I’ve been using it a bunch, and it’s a blast.
It’s a heartbreaking, endless cycle of hatred. I don’t know what would end it at this point.
Yeah, I mean it probably would have turned out as garbage. But the source material is so rich at the same time it seems like it would have been hard to fuck up.
Or one minute later. Holy shit I scorched every part of my mouth about a hundred times back in high school. Fucking Hot Pockets.
A real single player campaign seems like an odd omission, considering DICE has been tacking on mediocre single player campaigns to their BF series for the past five years or so, and Star Wars seems like a pretty clear contender for a good single player campaign. That said, I typically buy FPS games for their…
Oh my, you weren’t kidding.
Ansel Elgort is everyone’s nemesis. Or at least, he should be.
Points for “Wake up sheeple!”
Yeah, this is actually my favorite CoD multiplayer in YEARS - maybe even since WaW and MW2. Feels fresh as hell for a change, and the mobility is incredibly entertaining. I like the specialist unlocks, too.
Heh, we have nearly the same rig, sounds like. And yeah - been running fine for me too. Guess I just got lucky. Which is nice, because this is the most I’ve enjoyed CoD multiplayer in years. Here’s hoping the PC community sticks around for a little while.
You don’t think there was related bullying and shaming though? The fact that they were collecting and trading makes it seem like there was a lot of non-consensual photos being sent around - and that seems like the real issue. Too many kids have committed suicide because of shit like this.
Her early performance in Winter’s Bone earned her fame, in my eyes.
“He’s a man who gets up and says that a woman is a receptacle, that a man has a right to have sex with his daughter because he pays her tuition, and Lorne is going to make him look like he’s the Fonz,” she said, referring to the Henry Winkler character on Happy Days. “Take the word ‘woman’ and replace it with the word…
Nah. More like the fans are dickish. Seriously, people flip their shit and cuss out the devs constantly these days over the dumbest shit - when they wouldn’t even have anything to rage over if it wasn’t for the devs.
Oh, no worries. Just clicked through and had a laugh.
That’s an interesting site to link to on Jez.
Yep, I meant Killzone. I don’t know, I enjoyed the MP from the last two, but the campaigns felt super funky, and the story was super cheesy. Each to their own, though.
Hm. The game and UI looks a bit like Rage meets Skyrim. Could be interesting, though outside of pretty graphics, I’ve never been particularly impressed with Guerilla. The Killswitch series has always been laughably bad in terms of story, and the gameplay has always been a bit “meh.” Shame this isn’t coming on PC, too,…
