Once youre at WOT the car is moving through the air, cooling the charge. You don’t need the AC to do it.

The compressor probably stops at WOT. I believe that’s the case with all SRT’s now anyway.

It cools the intake charge. So you’re sitting at the tree with 90 degree IATs, while your opponent has 140 degree intake temps.

If you’re driving around continuously then your IATs arent that bad. Hellcats don’t heatsoak like traditional supercharged vehicles have in the past.

You can buy kits that do this in the aftermarket. Search Killer Chiller. I think it got it’s start in the early 2000's.
