I for one would love a oasis that actually was nice to spend time in while charging. The problem is the food is usually either garbage tier convenience store dreck, or fast food chains. The coffee is terrible, the reading material is lowest common denominator etc. etc.

I live in a mid-century with a backside basement garage entrance. It makes the frontage lovely and keeps the utility for us though we lose a bit of backyard to driveway, we also keep a massive front yard with no driveway messing it up.

Forget just for special vehicles. I’d love a full Finnish multi-staged provisional licensing with real driver training and loss of grip/crash defensive driving included. Provisional learners, then an interim restricted license, then add more and more privileges till they prove competency.
