Exactly. And it's not like Gladwell or Klosterman are cracking any codes here. I personally like both, but academia has taken many good shots at Gladwell in particular that hold a lot of water for cherry picking examples that prove his "unifying point of everything" in Tipping Point, Blink, and Outliers.
