Why is it not a laptop? Because you say it does not run x64 apps? There are alot of IOS apps that fill 100% of the need of a huge set of users. This is from some one who is going to preorder a surface 4 tomorrow. Laptop is a relative term now.

I had a Friend who was pretty badly mugged in Germany on his way to his hotel from the air port they took EVERY thing he had. The Embassy got a emergency passport put him up in a cheap hotel for the night and flew him home. He did not have any family who would have been able to help out
