The Alpine Dragon was tough! I found it most effective to focus on killing the blights and other creatures first before trying to tackle the dragon proper.
I think the trick for PoE is to avoid talking to your companions until you’ve traveled with them a bit. The pacing for when you pick most of them up makes talking to them then feel odd.
