Squares are good for Chicago style thin crust. It’s not new york thin. The pieces hold together, they are crunchy. They don’t flop around like NYC pizza.

This is generally true, but there are exceptions: St Louis pizza cannot be made well. It sucks no matter what you do with it. The crust is awful. The “cheese” is some weird StL thing and it’s tastes like it was extruded from someone’s ass.

Yeah, the place where all the wheat, all the cheese, and all the meat comes from isn’t a good place to get pizza. *eyeroll*

Never go to a chain Pizzeria Uno. It’s trash. Has nothing to do with the real deal except the name.

giordano’s has great thin crust.

oh my god. italian sausage and giardinera tavern pizza. Had it once. Died. Never found that place again. Now I live a thousand miles away, but what I wouldn’t give for a slice of heaven.
