Seriously though, schedules in college football are set years in advance. They were probably scheduling these non-conference games when George O’Leary was coaching Conference USA’s UCF Knights. 

No one is going to take them serious if they’re playing the University of Northern Colorado. 

Maybe a chubby, grass fed vegetarian...

seems to me that the Big 12 needs to add UCF and another team so it actually has 12 teams.
