one of my neighbors owns a white ‘91 Rocky. he’s even put something like 330,000 miles on it somehow.

however fast he was going, he was going about twice as fast as I was and I was doing about 72
it’s dumb that all cars these days are designed to look aggro, macho, and angry.
I once was behind a guy and saw him firing up about a 2 foot bong and getting ready to go to town - so I decided to pass him, on the right, even, as this is not the kind of guy I wish to share my freeway with.
yep. one of my favorite Los Angeles moments was that there was a car flipped over upside down in the #3 lane approaching the Hyperion Ave. viaduct southbound on I-5 (four southbound lanes). speed of traffic: 80. people just snap-merged and didn’t bother hitting the brakes.
some things are built to last. my buddy’s favorite home defense rifle is a Winchester 1873, that was his great-great-grandfather’s favorite home defense rifle. it’s been in service since about 1880 or so.
I was on I-10 in Mississippi when a gold-colored viper passed me probably up against the limiter at 155mph. next time I saw him was just past the Alabama line. he had been pulled over. behind him: one Mississippi state trooper, and FOUR Alabama state troopers.
insane. mine is 268 HP (2004 v8) and I think of it as plenty of ponies. here, Ford declares that a four-banger that’s 40HP more is somehow insufficient. well, I’ll be damned.
also: on firefox it appears to animate three times, starting when I scroll to it, and then it is stuck on the final image. in this case, the “end all restrictions” which is not a bad thing to be stuck on.
I am a highway sign collector. one I’ve never managed to snag that is on my wish list is the “end all restrictions”.
I don’t remember the details, as I was 5, but not only did I fly a 747 but it was a Pan-Am 747! Prague-JFK, 1986.
are they building new 747s? maybe I misread the article, but Wikipedia does not seem to mention a date that the last one came off the assembly line.
my only anecdotal evidence is that hardly anyone owns a 1928 Model A. I sell vintage license plates that people may register to their vehicle, and 29-30-31 are very desirable years (and the vast majority of buyers are A guys) but 28 is not.
who the fuck is matt kuchar

35k to keep the dream alive.
cool, your beliefs are nice, but why don’t you just put your money where your mouth is and just shoot him?
good. end capitalism.
