It’s not far, but you’ve got to admit that there is plenty of land out there that could probably be had for a lower price, that would be easier to commute to or from if someone wanted to build offices or homes. Why buy a racetrack to build on when there’s undeveloped lots to be had.

Here’s what I don’t get... It’s out in the middle of the desert. If someone wanted to build condos etc, there’s tons of land around it that I’m sure would be much cheaper. Also it’s out in BFE, who wants their office/home so far from anything else.
