This post summarizes the reason I’d probably never trade my Jeep (on our 4th or 5th one now) for a Bronco... all of our Jeeps are manuals—including the ones that are top-spec models. The fact that Ford won’t let you have a top-end model with a manual describes what’s wrong with their strategy.
You have GOT to be kidding me... I’ve had Peacock since it debuted on Xfinity, and it’s worth every extra dollar I pay for it (which is ZERO). There’s very little of interest here, unless you’re really into old TV shows that most of us have already watched elsewhere. Peacock is cheap because it should be.
Very nice. One thing Jeep did right with the Gladiator was to supply tools (in a nice bag) for every bolt you might need to address in order to remove the top, fold the windshield, remove the doors, etc. These aren’t the same kinds of bolts, but either way, I’m glad to see the same kind of attention-to-detail.
Agreed... it’s got the same, horizontal character line and everything. And at least you can get a manual (with the smaller engine), which is something you could never get in a modern Rover.
Kinda, but the lack of a solid front axle or a manual transmission on the higher-output engine kinda dulls my enthusiasm (and yes, I’m a current and former Jeep owner).
They are, but the lack of a manual option with the higher-spec engine is a real let-down, have to be honest.
I was all-in on this new Bronco, until I got to this:
“Unhoused man...”
This is literally all I want... except that I hope the “Series S / Lockheart” relies more on xCloud than local compute power. That’s not really something mentioned here, but it would be a great way to bring in a more affordable option without losing fidelity, etc.
You had me at “available in a manual.”
And no matter how many it sells, it’ll likely be the last generation we see Sony as something other than a game publisher. They simply don’t have the infrastructure to survive in the cloud game space that the industry is headed (they already leverage Microsoft hardware for their small entry in that space).
THIS. Speed and latency are two, entirely different things... headlines like this just lead to continued confusion.
Literally no one cares.
We all have different tastes... it’s ok that yours is bad.
Holy crap that’s ugly. No wonder they showed it upright!
Upright... ugh, indeed.
No webcam, no way... it’s 2020, and unless you use your computer solely for gaming, you need that camera for Zoom, Teams, whatever. I realize it’s meant to be gaming-focused, but that’s a pretty dumb thing to leave out in a refresh.
So, HP basically has what every other manufacturer has already (but in a heavier body with a completely generic look and limited CPU/GPU pairings)? Um, ok...
Or the guy could have moved when the the curfew started. You know, unless he wanted to BE the news.
