I had an S60 Polestar with the Ohlin’s shocks (adjustable... probably similar or the same as this car). I’ll just say this: the car always felt skittish and like it was ready to skate right off the road. I had a hard time enjoying it. I sold it in 3 months. I later bought a VW GTI and loved every minute of it. Which

VW Scirocco. I win.

Yes, yes you can... I bought a ViewSonic PX747-4K for about $700 a year ago, and it has more than double the lumens. It also uses the same DLP chip, so the basic tech isn’t any better. You could make a case for the LEDs (longevity, etc.), but that lumen count and cost would give me pause.

CP.

I’m surprised no one has mentioned a Honda CRX... just too hard to find not already thrashed?

Honestly, 911s haven’t been great, recently... buttons, buttons, and lots of plastic.

So... same old, basically?

Holy crap... I literally thought this bike would be 1/3 (or maybe 1/2) of it’s MSRP. Like, $10k or $12k, sure... maybe even an aspirational $15k for cutting-edge tech. But $30k for what is essentially a second mode of transportation for many? LOL... I’m from York, PA where they make Harleys. But I won’t miss them.

So, Felix, let’s just admit you don’t like the movie because its director called-out all the woke bullshit. We get it. You can move on.

Well, if we’re comparing a product from Movie Pass, Inc. to a product from Apple, Inc., then I think we can end the argument right there.

No lie... I’ve owned THREE (3) Subaru XTs:

So, the problem with Apple Arcade is that it’s too good for how little you have to pay. Got it

Yeah, not for a Subaru... and I’ve owned 4 of them. This generation, at least, still isn’t particularly attractive and the interiors are barely past last-century. You’ll be able to do far better for the money... hell, a mid-engined ‘Vette will be coming in around $60k. You might not be in the market for one, but just

The real comparison is anything vs. Comcast’s cell service... we have two lines (phones) and pay all of $19/mo. TOTAL and get service on Verizon towers. It’s crazy cheap for what you get. We literally saved $110/mo. vs. our prior service.

The more you look at these, the more you’ll want a Jeep.

Counterpoint to all of Land Rover’s silly, fake, utility-reducing focus of late:

This is great, but I feel like the vehicle “body” in that graphic is off. If you’re basically lowering the mounting point of the wheels relative to the axle (to get extra clearance), why would the rest of the body suddenly sit lower relative to the axles?

Dryer balls are terrible. They don’t work, but they do shed lint... our dryer got totally clogged and could have started a fire. They also raised our electric bill by nearly $100/mo. because of how inefficient they made our dryer.

I’m in this car’s demographic... I live in a log cabin, I have young children, my driveway is down a gravel hill... and I’ve owned 4 Subarus in my lifetime (three of them were XTs—because Jalop—and one was a WRX). But I stopped reading this article at CVT.

I owned an S60 Polestar... for about 3 months. I had this same, slam-on-the-brakes-for-no-good-reason incident happen more than once at a local farm I pass on my way to work (I guess the horse standing near a fence at the side of the road was just too scary). These and other nerve-shattering incidents made the car
