Being a card-carrying pessimist with a dim view of human nature, I can’t help but think that self-driving cars are going to get badly abused- thrash, graffiti, people pushing buttons, ripped seats, puke, etc., especially by late night Uber passengers.

As much as I hate the spew of anti-autonomous car posts here.....pretty much the last company I trust to launch self-driving cars at any point is Uber.

China is going to want in on the US car market. This could be a really great time to negotiate a trade deal that actually makes sense.
