Salaries are not increasing much, how can middle class buyers afford $50-$75,000 trucks? The same for people who live in LA, SF, NY, Boston, Seattle, etc. that pay $1 million for a small home. Even with dual incomes, the math just doesn’t work. What am I missing?

Just put the brand out of its misery, or find a way to sell a lot more to the Chinese, like Buick did.

Walmart shoppers are far from the demographic that will be buying electric cars anytime soon. I can picture these spaces being occupied by rusted pickup and Chevy Cavaliers owners who don’t know better, or don’t care.

I usually don’t like to stereotype but I shop frequently at a Chinese supermarket for specialty food items and the parking lot there is a scary place. Old, young, it doesn’t matter, there is simply a huge lack of aptitude for many of the Chinese drivers.
