Thanks for pointing out how little Uber drivers actually earn - usually under $10 per hour after expenses and Uber’s 25% cut, but before the 15% self-employment tax.
The problem here is that it only takes a few negative ratings (and they can be very arbitrary or unfair) to bring a driver’s rating down.

Careful RS owners, this is exactly how the Focus grinding and stuttering clutch issues from 5 years ago played out and the “fix” (a housing seal and a computer reboot) didn’t work. Many of us had to go back 3 times and complain until, Ford central finally admitted that the whole clutch needed to be replaced.
